Principal Kevin Phillips is licensed to deliver the Friedman Sales and management system in New Zealand.

Kevin and Mark Johnston established Friedman New Zealand in 2004. In 2011 Kevin took over as sole licensee.  Kevin brings to the company 30 years retail experience and 15 years experience in implementing and using Friedman-based sales and management training techniques. These techniques focus on producing more sales while delivering better customer service. 

Kevin has held senior positions with significant New Zealand retailers. Each has achieved success with outstanding sales and profit growth, controlling staff turnover and creating a sales and service culture where customer service became more than a wish, it became a way of lfe.

Kevin is supported by a team of trainers, writers and editors each of whom have many years experience of retail in New Zealand.
